The Bien Hoa Airbase Dioxin Remediation Project – Phase 1 is being implemented in Bien Hoa, Dong Nai Province. Under Phase 1 Processing – TP1 Package, VINA E&C is undertaking construction, steel structure and supporting infrastructure works for treatment, storage and functional facilities of the project.
According to the latest update, the overall progress of TP1 Package has reached 56.3%. Key work items currently being focused on include corner walls, parapet, ramp, backfill, geotextile installation, HDPE covering, gabion works, L-block and T-block installation, and steel structure works.
Since early May, additional manpower has been transferred from CW1 Package to TP1 Package, with further reinforcement planned in the coming period to accelerate the implementation of key construction activities.
In parallel, steel structure works, precast component installation and supporting infrastructure works continue to be implemented on site. VINA E&C remains focused on progress control, safety, quality and close coordination with relevant parties throughout the execution process.
Moving forward, VINA E&C will continue to follow the construction plan, strengthen site resources and coordinate closely on site to complete TP1 Package work items in accordance with project requirements.



VINA E&C has been selected by Stavian Industrial Manufacturing Joint Stock Company to undertake the construction package for Stavian Factory 05, 06 at Quan Do Industrial Cluster, Doan Dao Commune, Hung Yen Province.
On May 22, 2026, VINA E&C participated in Safety Day(s) 2026 organized by the ACCIONA - Vinci Joint Venture at the Nhieu Loc - Thi Nghe Wastewater Treatment Plant Project, under the theme “Equipment – Pedestrian Interaction: From Guidelines to Action”.
Following positive results in the fourth year of implementation, VINA E&C continued to work with relevant stakeholders to review practical lessons from the CW1 Package, aiming to optimize operations, enhance risk control and improve execution efficiency for the next phase of the project.
