At the Bien Hoa Airport dioxin remediation project, the CW1 package continues to achieve positive progress in its fourth year of implementation. To date, the project has completed approximately 83,000 m³ of excavated soil/sediment, representing the highest output since the project commenced.
This milestone is especially significant given the ongoing challenges related to manpower, equipment, and fluctuations in fuel, material and commodity prices. The achieved volume also makes an important contribution to the project’s total scale of approximately 270,000 m³.
In parallel, the Pre-Treatment Storage Area (PTSA), with a capacity of 150,000 m³, together with its pumping stations, lined canals and technical infrastructure, has continued operating stably to support the overall treatment process. Following the handover of the first 6 hectares of clean land in September 2025, the project is now focusing its resources on the implementation of the newly launched thermal treatment technology system for dioxin remediation.
Despite market volatility and construction pressure, the project team has maintained progress while ensuring strict compliance with safety and environmental requirements, which are critical to a large-scale remediation project.
On this occasion, VINA E&C congratulates the project management team, engineers, site personnel and all employees involved in the CW1 package for their continuous efforts and meaningful contributions to this fourth-year milestone.
As VINA E&C moves toward its 15th anniversary (May 11, 2011 – May 11, 2026), the progress achieved at the CW1 package stands as another clear example of the company’s persistence, responsibility and execution capability demonstrated through real projects.

VINA E&C has been selected by Stavian Industrial Manufacturing Joint Stock Company to undertake the construction package for Stavian Factory 05, 06 at Quan Do Industrial Cluster, Doan Dao Commune, Hung Yen Province.
On May 22, 2026, VINA E&C participated in Safety Day(s) 2026 organized by the ACCIONA - Vinci Joint Venture at the Nhieu Loc - Thi Nghe Wastewater Treatment Plant Project, under the theme “Equipment – Pedestrian Interaction: From Guidelines to Action”.
Following positive results in the fourth year of implementation, VINA E&C continued to work with relevant stakeholders to review practical lessons from the CW1 Package, aiming to optimize operations, enhance risk control and improve execution efficiency for the next phase of the project.
